I'm so glad that everything seems to be going well with your pump. I've been on mine for about 3 years now and I'm still constantly adjusting my basal and bolus rates. I'm also going to the Grey Nun's clinic and although he's not my regular endo, also saw Dr. Greg a couple of times when I was in the pregnancy clinic. It rides along...I hear ya about the diabetes train. It rides along smoothly just long enough to lull you into thinking that you have this thing under control and then Wham! Track change. <br /><br />Sounds like you have the hormonal cycle pretty figured out. I experience pretty much the same thing but some months I have lows before my period starts and highs after.
